Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Effective 17 September 2026.

A. If you cancel

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you cancel or do not show, the deposit is forfeited. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change your time, call us at (406) 730-2556 and we will move you if we can, though we cannot guarantee it. Please check your date and time before booking.

B. If your group changes size

We can usually add throwers on the day if there is room. We cannot refund for people who do not turn up.

C. Groups and the whole place

The whole place books online with its deposit; a change of time is arranged by phone. 20-29 people is $950 for 3 hours ($200 deposit). 30 or more is $1,300 for 3 hours ($300 deposit). Extra hour $200 or $300.

D. If we cancel

Full refund within 4 business days of the event date.
