Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Effective 1 August 2026.

A. If you cancel

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you cancel or do not show, the booking and the deposit are forfeited. Please check your date and time before booking.

B. If your group changes size

We can usually add throwers on the day if there is room. We cannot refund for people who do not turn up.

C. Groups and full-location events

Arranged by phone, with terms agreed when we quote.

D. If we cancel

Full refund within 4 business days of the event date.
