Fulfillment and Service-Delivery Policy

This page explains what you are buying and how and when you receive it. Hank's sells a service, not a shipped product.

A. What you are buying

You are buying a private bay: your reserved axe-throwing bay for the date, time, and number of people in your booking, including a safety briefing and coaching. A standard bay holds up to 8 people, and you rent the whole bay. Virtual golf, when it opens, is booked the same way, per bay.

B. How your booking is delivered

• You book online, pay the bay deposit by card, and receive a confirmation email. Questions about your booking, call us at (406) 730-2556. Parties and buyouts book by phone.
• Your service is delivered in person at 6078 US Highway 93 South, Whitefish, MT, at the date and time you booked.
• The deposit comes off your session total; the balance is settled at the venue after you throw (party deposits, when collected by phone and invoice, credit against that bill).
• Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product to deliver.

C. When

Sessions start on the hour, for the length you booked. Please arrive 10 minutes early for waivers and the safety briefing. The last booking or walk-in of the day is one hour before closing.

D. If something goes wrong

If we cannot deliver your booked session for reasons on our side, you are refunded in full within 4 business days. See the Refund Policy. Cancellations and changes are covered in the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
