Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Hank's collects, why, and what we do with it. Hank's is operated by Whitefish Axe Throwing LLC, 6078 US Highway 93 South, Whitefish, MT 59937.

A. What we collect

  • When you book: name, email, phone, date and size of booking, and payment details. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • When you sign a waiver, online or in person: name, date of birth or age, signature, and for a minor a parent or guardian's details.
  • When you contact us: whatever you send us.
  • When you visit this website: basic, privacy-first usage statistics through Cloudflare. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party tracking, and we do not use tracking cookies.
  • Security-camera footage: the venue is monitored by security cameras (CCTV) for safety and security. We keep recordings only as long as we need them for security and incident review, then delete them.

B. Why we use it

To take and manage your booking, process payment and refunds, meet our safety and insurance obligations including waivers, answer questions, and keep records as the law requires. We do not send marketing email.

C. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the businesses that help us run Hank's:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Beargrass-Commerce, to manage bookings.
  • Our insurer or attorney, if there is an incident or claim.
  • Law enforcement or a regulator where legally required.
  • Our online waiver provider, which captures and stores signed waivers on our behalf.

D. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for our accounts and tax. We keep waivers for as long as the law and our insurer require.

E. Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Call (406) 730-2556 or use the contact form on our website.

F. Children

Under-18 throwers are accompanied by an adult, and a parent or guardian signs the waiver. We collect a minor's information only through that parent or guardian.

G. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Our website statistics are privacy-first and do not identify you, so we do not use a cookie banner.

H. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date is at the top.
