Waiver

Everyone who throws, and every spectator, signs our liability waiver. Everyone signs in person at the venue; you can also sign online in advance, which saves time at the door.

• The waiver covers the risks of axe throwing and the venue rules.
• Every person signs a waiver in person, even if they signed online first.
• A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18. Minimum age is 8 to be in the building, and up to 3 under-18s per adult.
• You will be asked for photo ID at the venue.
• Virtual golf and other activities may carry their own waivers when they open; those are not live yet.

Our waiver is being finalized. We are updating the waiver document to the Whitefish Axe Throwing LLC name and having it re-confirmed by a Montana attorney and our insurer before it is posted here for online signing. The waiver you sign in person at the venue is the document that applies. Check back here for the online version.
